Dr. Adonis P. David is Professor of Psychology and the Director of the Educational Policy Research and Development Center (EPRDC) in the Philippine Normal University (PNU), Philippines. He is currently teaching graduate courses on educational research methods and applied statistics in the same university. He also presently serves as an educational testing and data analysis consultant with a private company specializing in educational assessment of learners in basic education schools.

Dr. David is actively involved in research projects encompassing a broad range of research themes within counseling, educational assessment, and educational psychology. He has published research articles and books in these areas. His current research interests center on culturally-rooted beliefs and academic outcomes, educational policy analysis, lifelong learning and career development, and psychological well-being of teachers and learners.    Dr. David is a registered guidance counselor and a Fellow of the Philippine Educational Measurement and Evaluation Association (PEMEA) where he also serves as a board member since 2014. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology from De La Salle University, Philippines.


Dr. Zenaida Q. Reyes is a professor of the Graduate Teacher Education Faculty of the Philippine Normal University, the National Center for Teacher Education.  Dr. Reyes held various positions in PNU such as: Vice President for University Relations and Advancement Director for Linkages and International Office,  Dean of the College of Graduate Studies and Teacher Education Research, Dean of the College of Arts and Social Sciences, among others. She is a full professor of Social Sciences, a trainer and a researcher in Women Studies, Gender and Development (GAD), Human Rights Education, Social Science Teaching, School Leadership and Management, and Qualitative Research, and was invited as a gender expert in CHED Technical Panel on Women and Gender Studies. At present, she is trainer and member of the National Gender Resource Pool of the Philippine Commission on Women, a co-coordinator for Asia of the Asian European Meeting (ASEM) Lifelong Learning Hub Research Network No. 4 with University College Cork, Ireland acting as the Secretariat. Dr. Reyes has recently collaborated with other researchers on various research projects such as: “Strengthening Urban Engagement of Universities in Africa and Asia (SUEUAA)”, “Workers by Self Design: Digital Literacies and Women Changing Roles in Unstable Environments” both led by the University of Glasgow. She is currently involve in research projects  with Coventry University, UK and Ludwigsburg University of Education in Germany.


Dr Norfishah Mat Rabi is a faculty member at the Department of Special Education, Faculty of Human Development, Sultan Azlan Shah Campus, Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI). She has over 20 years of experience in special education. Her research interests are on special education, autism, students with special needs, students with disabilities, and inclusive education. She has published books, journal articles, and modules in these research areas. Many of her research activities are funded by national, university, and private grants. She is also active in community engagement with people with disabilities (PWD).


Dr. Ho Thi Hanh Tien is currently a president of Phu Xuan University in Hue City, Vietnam. She has also worked as a coaching expert for MekongSkills2work Network. Her research interests include pedagogical practices, professional development, and work readiness skills in Higher Education. Her current research under the Global Challenge Fund approaches to the accessibility and inclusion of students with disabilities in Higher Education in ASEAN. She is co-investigator on the British Academy funded project, “Empowering Ethnic Minority Youth in Vietnam to Re-Vision the Future of Decent Work” (“Re-WORK”).
